Once more an eventful year draws to a close.
With these Christmas greetings we would like to offer you our thanks for a pleasant cooperation and wish you a New Year filled with health, happiness and success.
Like last year, we would like to take the sum of money that we have set aside for the usual Christmas presents and donate it to a welfare service instead. This year the recipient is the DKMS.
DKMS stands for Deutsche Knochenmarkspenderdatei (German Bone Marrow Donor Database) and their vision is: we will beat leukaemia. They want to find a suitable donor for every leukaemia patient or enable access to therapies – all over the world.
Every 15 minutes a person in Germany receives the shattering diagnosis: leukaemia. Many patients are children and adolescents, whose only chance of being cured is a bone marrow transplant. For every tenth patient, however, no donor can be found.
With our donation we would like to support the DKMS in their very important fight against leukaemia
