Liability for content

We take care to keep the contents of our site up to date. Despite careful editing, liability is excluded.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content in these pages according to § 7 Para.1 TMG (Telemedia Act) in accordance with general legislation.

However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we, as service provider, are not obliged to monitor supplied or stored information of third parties. When an infringement of law becomes known to us, we shall remove that content promptly. Liability in that respect is accepted only from the moment that the possibility of infringement of a law becomes known.

Our web site contains hyperlinks to the external web sites of third parties, over the contents of which we have no influence. Responsibility for the contents of the linked web pages always lies with the supplier or operator of those pages. No responsibility is accepted for the contents and correctness of the information in the linked web sites of third-party information suppliers.

At the time the links were made, the linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements and cause for complaint was not found. When an infringement of law becomes known to us, we shall remove such links promptly.
